Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Appzentic Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@Appzentic.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to build, host, and publish apps for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

3.1 Prohibited App Content

  • Build apps that violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Build apps that facilitate illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or exploitation
  • Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute unlawful, obscene, or harmful content
  • Impersonate other users, organizations, or entities within apps you build
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service or its AI capabilities without written permission

3.2 Prohibited System Abuse

You may not use the Service — including its AI tools, build environment, or any API — in any way that damages, disrupts, or exploits our infrastructure. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Malicious AI instructions — issue prompts or instructions to AI tools with the intent to attack, probe, or compromise Appzentic's servers, databases, or internal systems
  • Resource abuse — deliberately consume excessive server resources, including but not limited to: uploading or downloading large volumes of files to saturate bandwidth or fill disk storage; running CPU-intensive processes unrelated to legitimate app builds
  • Malware & harmful programs — upload, download, store, or execute trojans, viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code via the Service
  • Cryptocurrency mining — install, run, or embed cryptocurrency mining software or scripts on Appzentic's infrastructure or within any app deployed on our platform
  • Unauthorized data access — attempt to access, extract, or exfiltrate other users' data, Appzentic's proprietary system information, configuration files, credentials, or internal APIs through any means
  • Denial of service — send automated, scripted, or volumetric requests designed to degrade or disrupt the availability of the Service for other users

3.3 Enforcement

Violations of Section 3.2 are taken seriously. Upon detection:

  • Minor violations — we may issue a warning, throttle your access, or suspend your account temporarily without prior notice
  • Severe violations — including deliberate infrastructure attacks, malware distribution, or large-scale resource theft — will result in immediate permanent account termination. We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action and to report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities

We actively monitor for anomalous resource usage and security incidents. If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@appzentic.com rather than exploiting it.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your apps and code are yours. All source code, app builds (APK, IPA, AAB), and assets generated through your use of the Service are your property. You may export, use, modify, and publish them under your own accounts at any time.

Appzentic retains ownership of the platform itself — the AI Build Console interface, underlying infrastructure, and proprietary tools. These Terms do not transfer any Appzentic intellectual property to you.

5. Payment & Billing

Some features are offered under paid plans. Charges are based on usage metrics including number of apps, chat interactions, and app traffic volume. Detailed pricing is available at Appzentic.com/pricing.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact legal@Appzentic.com.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your code and app builds, after which data will be deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appzentic Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid Appzentic in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a service notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
